These Terms govern your use of Lumora. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Lumora is not available where prohibited by law.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and the security of your account. Provide real, recent photos and honest information. Misrepresentation may result in suspension.

Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten, spam, defraud, or share explicit content with non-consenting members. You will not impersonate others, use bots, or scrape the service.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Lumora a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with our Community Guidelines and applicable law.

Subscriptions and refunds

Premium features may be offered on a subscription basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription. Refunds are governed by the law of your jurisdiction and our refund policy.

Safety disclaimer

Lumora provides tools to help you date more safely, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of any member. Use good judgment, follow our Safety Center guidance, and report concerns promptly.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lumora is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
